Description
E 316L electrode is primarily used for welding low carbon molybdenum-bearing austenitic alloys. The weld metal displays good crack resistance, excellent creep strength and resists scaling at elevated temperatures up to 850⁰C. The weld metal has excellent resistance to corrosion and pitting.
